  • "In my research, I saw the Kaleido’s.  They offered quality build, capability to match with Artisan, and the price of the M1 was good.  The M1 is great and I have learned a lot about roasting, but the 200 g capacity was a little small.  So, I bought the M6.  Wonderful machine and I am still learning to use it."

  • "Hi folks I roast on the M10. And it’s a beast I’m a girl!   I have always roasted in my house. I have a roasting area in the corner of my dining room. Here is my set up. The vent is not visible from the front. the machine is vented through my laundry room and outside. This works perfectly. The smoke goes out vent pipe on the roaster. I have no issues with smoke out of the sides or top of the beast. "
